At Timber Lodge 365, we want to make the process of getting your new timber building as simple and transparent as possible. That is why we handle the logistics with care and efficiency.

Free Delivery Across Ireland

We are proud to offer Free Delivery on all our log cabins, saunas, and timber structures to any location within the Republic of Ireland. No matter where you are situated, from Dublin to Galway or Cork to Donegal, we bring our products directly to your doorstep at no extra cost.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times vary depending on whether the item is currently in stock or is a bespoke order. Typically, in-stock items are delivered within 2–4 weeks. Once your order is placed, our team will provide you with an estimated delivery window.

Pre-Delivery Notification

You won’t be left guessing when your cabin will arrive. Our logistics team will contact you at least 48 hours in advance to confirm the exact delivery date and an approximate time slot, ensuring you can be present to receive your order.

Access Requirements

Since our products are delivered in large, heavy packages, please ensure that there is clear access for a large delivery vehicle (truck) to reach your property. If you have narrow lanes, low bridges, or restricted entry, please inform us at the time of booking.

Offloading Process

Our delivery vehicles are typically equipped with specialized lifting equipment (like a hiab crane or moffett) to safely offload the flat-packed timber units. We aim to place the packages as close to your desired assembly site as safely possible.

Checking Your Delivery

Upon arrival, we recommend a quick visual check of the packages. All our structures are securely wrapped to protect them from the weather during transit. If you notice any significant damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery document.

Self-Collection Option

While we offer free delivery, customers who prefer to manage their own transport are welcome to collect their orders directly from our warehouse. Please contact us in advance to arrange a specific collection time and ensure your vehicle is suitable for the load.
